At-Risk Youth Programs
For several years, the Crime Commission has worked with youths on critical issues—ranging from gun violence to the interaction between police and youth. Young people are a valuable resource and important partner in the development of interventions to reduce juvenile crime. The Crime Commission uses the valuable information obtained from our interactions with youths to inform our work.

Young people played a key role in the development of our Guns=Prison campaign. The Crime Commission continues to directly work with youth to develop innovative projects. Our staff is currently collaborating with local and national service providers, businesses, government agencies, and youths to plan new programs that target at-risk youth and these new initiatives will be announced soon.
